Inner Garden Pathways

...cultivating one's inner essence

About

“Inner Gardening” has been my passion for many years.  I love and appreciate the opportunities to observe and contribute to the growth and transformation all around me – in nature, in community, in projects…and most importantly in people. This commitment has taken me through many varied projects and endeavors - consultant, coach, writer, business analyst, curriculum developer & trainer, caterer, holistic practitioner, administrator - each an opportunity to foster the best that lies within each of us, regardless of the task.

I believe that the essence within us embraces the highest of principles and when continually nurtured, respected, and appreciated – miracles happen! Those moments of synchronicity – you know the ones I’m speaking of – those moments that seem to appear out of nowhere, when the connections, the opportunities, and the special experiences manifest. The key is to learn how to foster within ourselves the consciousness and the heart expression that draws (like a magnet) those people, places, and events that mirror the joy, love, peace, and harmony that dwells within!

Akin to this is what Einstein meant when he stated that “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it” .

When we look around in our lives and in the world, we can see this now more than ever before. With social media and the changing technologies we are more technologically connected than ever before. Information is often instantaneous.  How connected are we in a human level where it truly matters?

Ask ourselves this question…”what consciousness (thoughts and feelings) were behind the creation of the moment, event, or situation” that we often see displayed in our media? or appearing in our lives?

When one experiences moments of great beauty, tenderness and solace, look to see what came before. When we view the chaos and disintegration of many of our financial, family and business institutions, were they preceded with decisions and actions made of higher principles or were they focused on greed, hidden agendas, corruption, and a lack of integrity, respect, and other higher principles?

The Inner Gardening blog is committed to fostering and supporting higher principles so that those who come to visit, may find something of value to help in creating more beauty, love, harmony, and joy in our universe!

Susan Mary Gardner is a transformational and stress fitness coach, author, speaker, and consultant. She lives in Rochester, New York where the earlier pioneers, Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony, committed their lives in a renaissance of spirit, consciousness and higher principles. The Genesee Valley region is a beautiful area, rich in Native American heritage, essential to the “Underground Railroad”, and that includes an incredible park system and the Genesee River that flows northward.  May this area again be the beacon for truth, creative collaboration, and universal spirit in its renaissance that will emerge from the hearts and minds of its people!
